Modern Slavery Statement

Anaisa Care is committed to running its services in a responsible and ethical way, with a clear stance that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our organisation or the way we work with others.

Our Approach

As a provider of home care services, we understand our duty to protect the rights and wellbeing of the people we support, our staff, and those connected to our services. We aim to:

  • Prevent any form of modern slavery or human trafficking within our organisation and wider supply chain
  • Put in place effective systems to identify and manage potential risks
  • Promote an open and accountable culture where concerns can be raised safely

What We Do

Policies and Awareness

We have policies in place that set out our commitment to preventing exploitation. These are regularly reviewed and shared with all team members. Staff receive training to help them recognise the signs of modern slavery and understand how to respond appropriately.

Working with Others

We aim to work with suppliers, contractors, and partners who share our values. Basic checks are carried out to ensure they operate in a responsible and lawful way, and we expect them to meet the same standards we set for ourselves.

Speaking Up

We encourage employees, clients, and partners to report any concerns or suspicions. We have a clear and confidential process in place so that issues can be raised and addressed without fear.

Continuous Improvement

We keep our approach under regular review and look for ways to strengthen our processes. We also recognise the importance of working with others in the sector to raise awareness and support good practice.

This statement is made in line with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
